Stablehouse Construction have carried out an incredible refurbishment project on a small, dilapidated two bedroom cottage they purchased through us (Whitlocks Estate Agents).

 

The property consisted of a terrible layout, damp, roofing issues, the list of problems were endless. Their highly skilled and professional team have completely renovated the property, including the layout and our whole team was completely blown away by the transformation – the property is unrecognisable!

 

They have thoroughly thought about the ideal layout, the luxury fitments, the show home décor, the kerb appeal, the garden – everything! The project has been completed to a very high standard, no expense spared and needless to say, the property sold for the asking price on the very first viewing. The new buyer is delighted, they are able to purchase a character property, with such a beautiful finish inside but still in keeping with the period of construction.
